Andrew (Andy) Stowell, Works in Hooper Nebraska, Originally From Council Bluffs Iowa.

He has just started Actively participating in the Unlimited Hydroplane Racing but has been working behind the scenes for 16 years. Andy’s been building and testing engines for various racing platforms including Unlimited Hydroplane, Off Shore, Regatta, and other crazy people who just wanna go fast, and  “Team Vesco” the Land Speed  Record holder. Currently the Chief Inspector for FAA Repair Station “Nebraska Gas Turbine” (Kevin Meyer owner) who was very much involved with the sport and has taught Andy well.
